I need a no- nonsense reputable Gardener at a decent Price to do the following:

1. Provide and Install 'fake-grass' and the layering and sand onto my top balcony (Maisonette) area taking into account drainage. Approx Area 5 m x 2m

2. Provide and Install the same fake grass system into the below garden (approached by stairs) approx 10 m x 4 m

3. Provide and Install an attractive garden shed for the end of the garden (possibly paint it)

4. Assist with the design layout of where we might put beds or work around existing beds i.e we would like the above done but would like it to look nice and not done.

5. Provide and install clear glass for balcony and stairway.

6. Generally assist with designing the garden but not at ridiculous cost as we generally know what we would like just need some help!

7. We would like work to be started end of May and completed by mid June at the latest.

If you find a reasonably priced gardener - i too would love to have their details - each time i decide i really need to do something i'm deflated by the rates of gardeners and garden designers in this area.

We just used TFLS last week, they were great in changing the turf, planting a few scrubs and various maintenance work, you can call Tom on 02079241118, he is quick to respond and reliable.

I have reasonable rates for design and a team who can install the garden. If you know what you need, then I have a design consultancy option which is for two hours of advice and lists of plants that will thrive and look good, plus a rough sketch of how to lay it out - keep an eye on Nappyvalley offers for a bargain rate for this

I will contact you privately in terms of fees and can send you lots of references. For start dates though I am afraid we are booked until July (any decent landscapers will be at this time of year!)
