Best strawberry cheesecake recipe?

So we went to Garsons farm fruit picking at the weekend and can HIGHLY reccomend!

Anyways I have tons of strawberries and wanted to attempt a strawberry cheesecake.

Does anyone have any fabulous recipes to follow?

You can do this one with strawberries instead of raspberries - it's always a winner!
