nanny for two

Hi
I am a S African mum looking for a lovely nanny to help our easy going family in putney for 3 days a week. Pref tues, wed, thurs
We have a boy of 3.5 and a baby girl who is 7 months old.
Mum has a small design company and works from home.
We would really like someone who speaks english as a first language as our son is at an age that asks a million complicated questions!
Must be a non smoker and we have a very furry black cat....
We are looking for someone happy, vibrant and kind with experience and must be CRB checked with references!
We are happy to pay £10 per hour and holidays

Go for personal recommendations if you can.
Don't forget you will also be responsible for the nanny's tax and national insurance, even if she is part time...it all adds up! I can recommend NannyTax. Gumtree ads sometimes yield winners, but you have to be prepared to go through a milliion unsuiutable CVs. Agencies cost the earth.
