What the deeds and everything?

Why do you think people would be keen to swap, if you dont mind me asking?

A certain (burning) issue of catchment areas and concomitant inflation of house prices BTC means you are unlikely to get many takers...!

Because that's what home swapper is about lol
If you wish to house exchange then you advertise
And someone Who wishes to swap usually gets in contact

As Lelectrice as highlighted, why on earth would anyone with a like for like house want to move from the desirable "between the commons" with the amazing school catchments, to the less desirable Lavender Hill with the poor school catchments??

Hi

I think you have Tillys ad confused
She is trying to move closer to her childrens school lucky for her she didnt have to worry about catchment area when she applied her children are all settled in Honeywell doing fine.
She just wanted to be closer for medical reasons
what i find amazing is all these families that are just moving to northcote road to provide schooling for their children lol

Speaking on behalf of Tilly :D

Well great that the schools are sorted, but the value of the properties are not comparable.

It is like me advertising a car swap:

Would anyone like to swap my 5 door Fiesta (2002 reg) with a 5 door Range Rover (2012 reg)?

Not likely!

Theres nothing wrong in trying to advertise
Tilly is only trying to progress whether its on here or on planet mars someone may see her ad and want the same (mutual exchange)
This is a site for open discussions if its not suitable for you then dont reply with negative comments thats not nice is it!!!!!!

I completely agree, what is everyone's problem?!

If you're interested, reply, if you're not then shut up.

You can't blame a girl for trying and the rest of you just end up sounding like spiteful idiots!

It's not necessarily snobbery, more the realities of market forces and economics.
