I'm thinking (just thinking) of treating myself to a facial and massage as I have a rare spare afternoon.

Any recommendations?

The last time I managed some 'me' time I went to the Mum and Baby Spa run by Independent Mind Body and Soul on Ritherdon road. It was pure bliss! I had a pedicure and massage and my therapist was just lovely. I would totally recommend and if you have spare time after have a glass of wine at the French Cafe next door
