local painters/decorators & man with a Van Post Reply

hi. I am moving into Tedidngton area (towards fulwell) this week and wondered if anyone has any good, but reasonably priced painters they can recommend? any names/numbers much appreciated! i am also looking to hire a man with a van to move all my things into new house - again, any recommendations would be great! many thanks
