The Christmas Tree shop is in fact at the car park by Chelsea Bridge. It is a company called Pines and Needles see:
www.pinesandneedles.com

B&Q and Homebase also both sell real christmas trees.

We've gotten our tree from the guys just outside Balham train station for the past few years. They've always been nice trees, don't drop their needles early, etc., and they seem to have a good selection.

We always get our tree from Shoots & Leaves, and most of our friends now do too... They're really good quality, beautiful trees... They have sites at Little Brook Green next to Tesco, Normand Park on Lillie Road and their railway arch on Trussley Road, Hammersmith. They can also deliver. Definitely the best trees in town and a really nice company too! Their number is 0208 563 7733 www.shootsandleaves.co.uk/Christmas-Trees

Neals Garden Centre opposite Wandsworth Prison do v good real trees in all sizes - lovely shapes and lots to choose from, plus you can get poinsettas as well if you like them. Whatever you do, don't buy from the guys who set up randomly on street corners - we did that one year as we left it a bit late and even though the tree was only up for a week it was all dried and shrivelled by Xmas day. The proper pop up Xmas tree places like the one in Battersea Park are fine though.

Or shop locally & support Belleville Primary School :D
Belleville PTA is selling Christmas Trees this Sunday 9th December from 9.30-12noon in the school playground (entrance on Wakehurst Road).
Top quality trees (as supplied to major retailers) at competitive prices (usual cost for tree is £40-£50) & 25% of the sale goes to Belleville PTA.

Or use this link to Living Social & get one delivered to you at more than half the normal price! This is linked to my account so if you use it then I could get mine for free & then if your friends use your kink, etc, etc!
https://www.livingsocial.com/deals/5500 ... i=94936732

Although, I hadn't read this until I'd bought mine as otherwise I'd be supporting Belleville & buying mine from there!

Have you seen the new garden centre on Gauden road, opposite clapham north.. It's called the poppy patch.. We bought our tree from there last week and I must say I was impressed.. The trees were of high quality(I'm very fussy about my tree) prices was very reasonable and the staff was a great help but best of all they offer free delivery, so never had the problem of listing a vehicle or tying to a roof rack... I will defiantly be paying a visit there again in the spring for my bedding plants!

Hello

We sell Christmas trees, all from sustainable sources, some grown as close as Wallington, at your new independent garden centre, Battersea Flower Station.

We have teeny tiny ones in pots (£2.50) up to 10 feet (£89).

We've been told our prices are cheaper than some of the local school sales and a third cheaper than Northcote Road.

We'll deliver for free.

We also have a resident florist / wreath maker, reindeer, plants, gifts, free garden consultation, window box making service, gift vouchers, magic, and free popcorn (we only have the popcorn machine at the weekends).

We're open 7 days a week, and it's a very beautiful spot (don't take our word for it - check out the amazing feedback / photos since we opened for the first time last weekend on www.facebook.com/batterseaflowerstation).

Had great reception from everybody, apart from the evil thieves who broke in on Saturday night and took a haul. Back of a lorry for them, life savings gone in a swoop for us.

Apart from that, we're still all smiles and hope to see you soon!

xx
