Hello, I haven't posted on here before, but I am very keen on a bit of advice.

I have a 9 month old son and I am about to head back to work soon. My husband and I have been looking at hiring nannies. I have met some wonderful ladies but my favourite has her own child who she wants to bring along to work with her. She has amazing references, CRB check, first aid etc etc etc. Everything is brilliant and I wouldn't even be hesitating to hire her if she didn't have a child.
Has anyone hired a nanny with her own child before?

What happens with food, toys etc. Is it worth getting into or is it more hassle than it's worth?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
