I'm just coming to the end of my MAT leave and due back to work on Tuesday. I've agreed to go back 3 days a week (2 days in the office and 1 day at home). I know I'm really lucky to have such flexibility but I'm feeling awfully depressed at the thought of going back. Wonder if anyone has any tips or advice. I hated leaving my daughter (9 months) at nursery - and that was just the settling in days - whereas when I left my son (who's now 3years), it didn't really affect me. Going back to work after number 2 feels a lot worse than the first time. Is that normal??
