Anyone know a personal trainer?

Postby thelittlelegscompany » Tue May 11, 2010 7:59 am

Hi Guys - Thinking it might be time to get my hippo-esq body up and moving and into shape, with a 9mth old I think I can no longer blame its unfortunate shape on baby weight. Anyone know of a good, reasonably priced personal trainer who can work miracles? Cheers

Hi there - No More Excuses are postnatal and pregnancy specialists (it's ALL we do!) - and operate throughout Nappy Valley. Have a look at the website... the Mummy Tummy Masetrclass may also be of interest... I hope we can help! :)

Hi there!

Have you heard of Fit for a Princess? It is outdoor training - all women - at all levels of fitness - fun and all over workout. Check out their website www.fitforaprincess.co.uk. I have trained with them and totally recommend it.

try Vern Hill. He is pre/post natal specialist and I have been using him since the birth of my first daughter (now 32 weeks preggars with second!). He is very reasonable and flexible so will come to your house, meet you ont he common and even train you with little ones in tow. He comes to me in an evening at home so I don't have to pay a sitter and its maazinf how hard he works you out without even leaving your own house!
