Hi

We have 2 (very small!) flats in the Tooting Bec/Balham area and i was wondering if anybody can recommend a good estate agents to find tenants. James Pendleton has quoted 8% finding fee so i wanted to get a few other quotes for comparison.

James P are v.good, we used them to let & sells ours. They will negotiate on % if you bring it up, whatever you do, don't use Realm Estates!
