4 bed house to rent Tooting Bec

I have a 4 bed house in Tooting Bec, available for rent from 1st January 2014. The house is newly renovated and fully extended with kitchen/ family room with bifold doors onto the garden. Rent £650 per week, short lets considered too. Please PM me for more information.

Hi, my friend Christine is having building work done and needs to find a short term let. She's asked me to copy and paste this reply to you (she's still awaiting permission to join NappyValleynet)...


We(my husband and I) are having some remodelling work at our house so need to move out for a minimum of 3 months. (either from mid Dec or from first week of Jan) We also have two indoor house cats.

Is your property still available to let and would you have issues with cats if we have everything professionally cleaned when we leave?
