'Family friendly policies' survey

Postby bel35 » Thu Dec 19, 2013 11:56 am

If you have the time, i would appreciate it if you wouldn't mind helping a friend complete her MSc in Human Resources Management at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.

To assist with her dissertation, she would like to find out, from a mother's perspective, which family friendly policies are most useful and whether there is anything else that organisations could offer to make the transition back to the workplace as easy as possible.

If you have the time, she would be extremely grateful if you would complete this short questionnaire. This equally applies if you are no longer working, particularly if policies weren't offered that would have helped retain you.

Please find below a link to the survey. Thanks for your help.
