Lavender Print School is a stunning print studio in South West London running weekday, weekend and evening workshops in Printmaking and Bookbinding.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to escape from the busy outside world and relax by learning a traditional craft, but we also know that not everyone has the time! That's why we run all of our workshops during weekdays, weekends and evenings, so that everyone has the chance to come and have a go.

Our tutors are all professional practitioners in their craft, and we teach a whole range of skills from relief printing and drypoint etching, to screen printing and a variety of bookbinding techniques.

All levels of skill are welcome and you absolutely don't have to be "arty" to create beautiful prints and handmade books!

Evening Printmaking Class - This Class is great for those who'd like to delve deeper into the world of printmaking. Class sizes are kept small, so everyone will have the opportunity to really explore their own technique at a pace they're comfortable with. Our teaching is friendly, supportive and directed towards personal development in what you would like to achieve. You will be taught:

Lino Printing,
Drypoint,
Mono Printing,
and
Wood Block Printing.

You will learn how to design, carve and print many blocks of your choice. Create layers of different colours. Explore etching and develop your skills as you work along the course. This is also great for people who have already got experience and would like to carry on their skills.

11th January - 8th March 2017 (no class on 8th Feb) Wednesday Evening 7 - 9pm

Full Term (8 weeks) £224 (£28 per session)
Half Term (4 weeks) £120 (£30 per session)
