Wanted: 2 Bed garden flat to rent from August 2014

Hi we are re-locating to Clapham from Whitechapel and looking to rent a 2 bed garden flat long term from August 2014. We are a Mum, Dad and young daughter who is going to start pre-school at Newton Prep in September.

Looking for Clapham Old town area and want a flat which opens onto a garden rather than a first floor one with access. We are flexible on rental for the right place.
