Iron gate and railings repair

Hi,

we live in the Heaver estate and have the usual iron railings and gate. On Friday night some very kind (and presumably strong) person managed to get the gate off it's hinge and snap it. I am now looking for someone to fix it but all I can seem to find is installers. Anyone any suggestions?
