Architect recommendation?

Postby Tilly&Roo » Sun Apr 06, 2014 9:23 pm

We're about to undertake a loft and side return conversion. We would like more than the standard "3 velux / bifold" side return so are looking for an architect with a bit of creativity but who also know the Wandsworth planning rules inside out as we don't have the luxury of time to have plans rejected. We have quite a modern/quirky taste....

Any suggestions?

Thanks

We used Chloe Van Der Kinder

She is very good at quirky, very patient and used to Wandsworth planning.

We used Decoworks to do the build

Hope this helps

We would recommend Christophe Spiers (details below). He's our arhitext on our kitchen extension and downstairs rebuild which works start soon. Very affable and comes up with great ideas. He also helps you on all aspects including planning permission, picking contractors and scoping out ideas such as our polished concrete floor. He has worked on lots of projects in SW11. We haven't started works yet but been very happy to date:

Please do message me - we have a lot of experience with Wandsworth and would be happy to discuss what we could offer you.
