How much school uniform

We have just had the school uniform ordering list for my son who is starting school in sept. How many sets do people recommend for very active boy as don't want to be washing every day. Also who does best school trousers?

I'd go with 3 sets. You can usually 'rescue' a couple of items to make days 4 and 5!
