Looking for a one bed property to rent in sw11/sw12

I am looking for a one bed property to rent for my parents for 6 months up to a year. Preferably near tube/train and with outside space but they are very flexible. Up to £325 pw. Unfurnished preferable.

My long term tenants have just given notice and are moving out early/ mid July. It's a good sized bright one bed flat on Northcote road above oliver bonus (quiet end of Northcote rd) and has outside balcony. Please pm me if you'd like details/ photos/ floor land. I'm happy to be completely flexible re timeframe.
