Saturday morning activities for 7 yr old, any ideas please?

Can anyone recommend an organised Saturday morning activity for an energetic 7-yr old boy please? Preferably something that is more than an hour!

He's sporty but not super-sporty so things like the football leagues on Wandsworth Common would be too much, he used to enjoy Playball but is a bit old for that now.
