Hi
I just wondered if anyone has a good P.T in the Balham area that they can recommended?
Also What's the hourly cost of a P.T

Yes, i can recommend Dave Todd who i've been training with for over 2.5 years now. Dave's prices vary depending on how often you train but i believe his current rate for regular 45 mins sessions is £45. Check out his website for more info. Dave is very professsional and works really hard to come up with new and interesting sessions. I'm pregnant and the moment and still training with him.
