Large curry for a charity party? Post Reply

I am considering hosting a "Big Curry" night for the Army Benevolent Fund's annual fundraiser in a few weeks but have a problem... I've never cooked a curry!

I was wondering if anyone either fancied a little job cooking up a large vat of curry or perhaps had an Asian housekeeper who would like to earn a bit of extra cash and make it for me?

I'm happy for them out come to my house to cook it or for it to be made at their home.
