If you are doing collective enfranchisement / purchase of freehold then I'd speak to Andrew Boast 0207 112 5388. I used him and he has both solicitors for the notice, negotiation and the legal work and the surveyor to give you the valuation.

From a practical perspective it made sense and he was a nice guy - very good straight talking advice.
