Home Swap/Home needed for my family's visit from the U.S.

My family is coming to visit me from 29-Dec to 17-Jan and I'm looking for a place for them to stay. I have enough room for my mum, but still need space for my sister, her husband and their 2 kids (10 yrs and 18 months). A 2-bedroom flat would suffice... :)

They live in Austin, Texas and have a 3-bedroom house and a 1 1/2 bedroom house to offer in return, either during that period or at a later date if you'll be elsewhere.

Austin is a great city and a fabulous place to spend New Year's Eve, or if your home will be empty and you fancy making a bit of cash, let me know! :D

I can provide photos for anyone with serious interest.
