We are currently experiencing a number of issues with the level of service we are receiving from Landmark with regards to major water damage that has occurred in our property following our recently completed loft conversion.
I would like to hear from anyone who has had to launch a complaint against them using their official procedure so we know what we are dealing with and if we need to consult lawyers at this stage.
