Pregnany Yoga + Mum & Baby Yoga

We offer specialist pregnancy yoga classes at 7pm on Tuesdays and 6.30pm on Fridays. Each of the classes are small (maximum of 8) to provide a safe and attentive environment. Mum & Baby Yoga is at 11am every Thursday.

Pregnancy Yoga = £19 or 6 for £100
Mum & Baby Yoga = £13 drop in
