We are not Catholic but do have Catholic b/g iyswim, I went to a school very much like Ursuline years ago and when I went on Open Day I felt it was similar in ethos.
We want a happy, caring school above all for DD but she looks as if she's very bright (I know everyone thinks this!!!!) so it's hard to get somewhere with the right balance of gentle pastoral care but also with academic rigour.
For reasons too dull to go into we are not keen on Wimbledon High, though I know academically it is the powerhouse in the area.
I like the Study but places are by ballot and we may not get in. Also it may be just a bit too 'smart' (ie glossy) for us if that makes sense? I worry we're not wealthy enough for DD to fit in there.
Love Prospect House but it's probably just a bit too far away.
Anyone know anything about Ursuline that I can't read in the brochure...?
