You can ask the guys at the gymway in marble arch. I have my Face and massage clinic here so they may have some post natal pt.

If you like me to fund aout for you too.

David Arnot dave@enhancenutritionldn.com is amazing if you want a true top professional who knows his stuff.
He trains Millie McIntosh, James Haskell, Ollie Philips to name a few.

Thanks for your replies. Ideally I'm looking for someone who would train in one of the local parks, make the sessions varied and fun but most importantly be knowledgeable about exercise and the post natal body.

Hi !

I can warmly recommend Eliza for one to one personal training on the commons but also buggyfit for group class.

I am personally a big fan of her bootybarre class. She is fun, hard-working and just amazing.
In addition she is also a local mum with young children attending btc schools. She entertained a large group of reception children for my daughter's birthday a few months ago and did a fab job.

Enjoy!

My little boy is now 16 months and I used Rebecca Asling last summer, she was fantastic, so engertic, friendly and a real peoples person who understood mum's and routine's etc as she is a local mother of two children herself. we used to meet on Tooting Bec Common and I can honestly say I thoroughly enjoyed meeting her and so happy with the results. beccaasling@gmail.com

I'd highly recommend Mel Capleton of Open Air Fit.

He works outdoors (as the name implies!) on Wandsworth Common and is incredibly effective and motivating. Both his personal training sessions and group football fitness classes are brilliant and I speak from personal and happy experience!

If you're a regular on Wandsworth Common, you'll no doubt have seen him and his team. They wear blue t-shirts and seem to know most passers-by! :D

Sarah O'Neill (www.sarahoneill.co.uk ) is awesome. I trained with her after having 3 children and it made such a difference. We always met on clapham common but think she would come to your house too).

Baby-a-Wake...
They do group classes as well, and Jane the founder is probably one of the most experienced post-natal trainers in the UK
