Our exercise program is built to burn calories effectively, to improve your general fitness, with a focus on the pelvic floor muscles. Our aim is to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, tone and shape.
From our experience, babies have great fun watching exercising mums from their prams. Our class gives you fantastic opportunity to meet other mums and their babies form your neighbourhood.
The idea of Mums and prams classes is that you bring your baby in your pram with you and exercise while your baby is happy, safe and close to mummy.
