is anyone part of a proper carol singing group?

Postby custardy » Wed Dec 08, 2010 1:53 pm

I would be interested in getting a carol singing group along to a party I'm having next week, in SW11. Is anyone out there part of a door-to-door group that sings and collects for charity by any chance?

(This does not extend to those chancers who knock on your door, mumble out 2 out of tune lines of "we wish you a merry christmas" and stand back in expectation of a pound for their trouble!)

There is a group called the Treblemakers - they are an activity group of the KCWC and they carol for charity. I've seen them perform at a number of events. They are fantastic singers!

They have their own website: http://www.treblemakers.org.uk/

Good luck!

I might be able to help if you message me the date - although the group I know would be professionals (not hugely expensive though).
