Anyone have an empty flat (or room) to rent early January??

Hi all! I'm looking for a home (or even just a spare room) to use for one week in January (10th-17th). My family's coming and I don't have enough room for all of them!! We're willing to pay and would of course have it professionally cleaned at a minimum. Also, their house in the U.S. will be free from 29-Dec to 17-Jan if you're interested in using it in return...
Please let me know, I'm getting desperate but don't want to spend heaps of money on a hotel!
