Greek isles with a stroller

Postby E_r_i_c_a » Thu Aug 20, 2015 8:27 am

Hello everyone,

Our family is heading to the Greek isles of Paros and Mykinos next month and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on stroller maneuvering with a 1 year old. I have a bugaboo bee at the moment and curious as to whether the wheels will be too small for the cobblestones of Greece.

Please tell me your experiences

Thank you in advance!

Hi Erica,

We did Mykonos, Santorini, Corfu and Olympia (on a cruise) with our 13 month old. The cobblestone footpaths are just too narrow (and busy) for the stroller we thought. We purchased a backpack to carry our son in - and it was the best decision! Although heavy for my husband, our little guy loved it, and he even was able to nap in it while we were walking no problem.
