We have an incredible Nanny that we share with another family at the moment, but the mum will be going on maternity leave and so we're looking for a new family to share with.
We employ her 8-6 Mon-Thursday and occasionally on Fridays too. She is absolutely wonderful - happy, easy going, 100% reliable and adores kids (it's mutual) - but also manages to teach them manners, to eat, their letters etc etc!
Our son is 4 - very sweet natured and gentle and has loved sharing with other children.
