Dropoff Playgroup

I overheard a conversation about a drop off playgroup 09.30 - 12.30 think it may be in the Balham/ Tooting Bec area.
Also that you just turn up as and when you want, no need to pre confirm a place.

Does anyone have anymore information on this please?
