Can you recommend a company to build a downstairs loo?!!

We would like to have a downstairs loo built in our house. Can any of you recommend a company that would be able to do this?

I don't have an answer but would also be interested in the same type of companies to build an upstairs bathroom (which doesn't require planning permission). Thanks
