GCSE results 2016

In this summer’s GCSE examinations 13 boys achieved 8 or more A*-A grades helping push the percentage of results at these highset grades to 18%. Results were particularly strong in the STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Maths) subjects.

34% EBACC (5 or more GCSE passes in English, Maths, Science, Humanity and a Modern Foreign Language subjects)

Rukhsana Sheikh, Principal, pictured above with some of the 13 boys who achieved 8 or more GCSEs grade A*-A said: “Congratulations to all our students who have achieved success in their GCSE examinations this summer. Our results have been particularly strong in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) subjects confirmin the college’s excellence in these sujbects but students have down well across the board. I am delighted that the students’ hard work has been rewarded and their results enable them to continue with Sixth Form studies. I would like to thank all our students, staff and parents for their hard work and support which has ensured successful outcomes for our young people.”
