We are a new business franchise based on an educational play concept located in Battersea. We opened for business this month but I don't have sufficient time to dedicate to its growth due to full-time work commitments and a 15 month old son.
We are therefore looking for someone to spend one or two hours a day on marketing, managing bookings and venues but most importantly to be the "front of house" face of the company for parents and children. The role will potentially grow into one where you will also take classes and teach children from our current syllabus but in the short-term, the focus will be very much upon establishing and maintaining a sustainable client base.
As such, we are looking for an extremely friendly, self-confident and energetic individual who both parents and children will look forward to seeing in their class every week, as well as having the organisational and logistical skills to ensure the smooth running of the sessions. The legal and financial aspects of the company will remain the responsibility of another team member (ie me!), allowing you to focus very much on the "people" side of the business.
It would ideally suit a mother whose children have begun school and would like to spend some of their time back in the working world while maintaining contact with other mothers and young children. However, the role is very much about the personality and character of the individual so we would love to hear from any lively, motivated individuals who would be excited at the prospect of helping to get a fledgling business off of the ground.
