Hm - quite a proportion of our lives are already covered by CCTV here in Clapham.  I really don’t think this is warranted - the clue is in the words ‘suspected, attempted’ - not that I’m suggesting we wait for a child to be taken but I think we need a bit more than this to warrant this intrusion into our privacy.
