Yes, my friend's neighbour is a consultant there and the over 70's in her road turned up and had a very good and quick experience.
You must have an SW postcode

Are you sure? The St George’s website says don’t turn up without an appointment.

Not sure if you know of any over 70s but if you do and they haven’t
had their vaccinations yet, St. George’s has a walk in service in Atkinson Morley wing 8am-8pm. It is very quiet and being really poorly publicised. You don’t have to have an invite you just need to have an sw postcode. Please feel free to spread far and wide xxx
