I hear on the prep school grapevine that many families who were offered places at both Northwood and Thomas’s Battersea Square have opted for Thomas’s on the grounds that the facilities are far superior and they offer the possibility of ‘A’ levels /IB whereas children going to Northwood will have to move again at 16. I believe the classes at Northwood will be small (10 -12 per class - which may be what you want, of course) and with many more boys than girls.
