Check out the wonderful www.balancebytahira.com she’s incredible but very relatable for teenage girls (my teens think she’s very cool!) you can see a lot of what she does on insta @balancebytahira she’s just been working with Warner bros and Pinewood studios for confidence workshops but will also do 1-1s.
