We used Elaine at the Ministry of giggles.  Pretty much a big kid herself.  Arrives in whatever theme you ask her to.  The kids love her and chase her down the road when she leaves (dressed in her costume).  She's slow at getting back to you but a bloody dream with the kids so I let that go.  M:07941 559497.  Once we found her we never stopped using her until our child was old enough to navigate her own parties.
