I highly recommend Zoltan (yes that’s his real name). He’s helped my family out and my business. Always prompt, good value and a nice guy. zoltan@techgeniuz.co.uk

No brainer - call Ddarren (that is the correct spelling) Henry at Core Technical Solutions on St John's Hill if its Apple based (they specialise in Apple, but Ddarren is also a Windows expert) or for Windows Mike Ciancia at MIKE WILL FIX IT - he's got a website where you can get all the details.  And for internet look at switching to Zen - excellent performance and outstanding customer service.

Hope that helps.

We used to use Toby too - yes he has disappeared to Amsterdam - the Netherlands gain is our loss.

I'll mention this in the weekly email and lets see if we can find a replacement.

Good luck.

Does anyone know a techie wizard who, for a fee, can come round and advise us on how to improve our computers, internet service and so on?  We used to employ a young student in the area who regularly came round to help us, but he's long gone off into the wider world.

Our immediate problem is installing a mesh to improve interaction between computers in the house.  The instruction sheet is totally incomprehensible - as ever - made worse by the print being infuriatingly small - as ever!
