I would be interested in discussing this, as I have always been with families who had older kids and I can offer a lot of flexibility. Please let me know how we can talk.

part-time live-in nanny or au pair plus

Hello,

I am seeking some guidance about a specific type of nanny I may be needing in the near future.

I have two children, aged 8 and 11 and I am in the process of divorcing their father.

I expect to have shared custody of the children, so they spend around 50% of the time with me and 50% of the time with their father.

Due to my work, I travel quite frequently (this year I was away from home around 80 nights).

I was wondering where I could start looking for a a live-in nanny or perhaps an au pair plus for older children who may be able to spend some nights as sole carer with my children, bearing in mind that the work during the day would be limited to before and after school care and would not be needed every week?

And if anyone has any idea about anyone who could fit that need and has any idea on what the cost would be, I would be grateful for any pointers.

Thanks!
