Good morning,
Over the years I have helped lots of couples navigate challenging times.

Please message me and we can organise a free 20-minute online chat to see if I can help.

The most important thing is to find the right person, somebody you both feel you can trust and comfortably work with.

With best wishes,
Lulu

I'd really recommend Richard White at the Brixton Practice. He's helped us immensely as a couple. You won't see changes overnight and be prepared to put in lots of work into the therapy. It's also not cheap unfortunately.

Couples therapy saved our our marriage by helping us work through some very difficult issues. It wasn't easy but we've benefitted hugely as individuals and as a couple.

I wish you luck.

Marriage Counselling suggestions

Hi
Partner and I are having a tough time at the moment, there is a lot going on in so it's not a surprise we're both feeling stretched but this is manifesting in a lot of arguments.

Before it escalates would like to see a counsellor.

Any local suggestions gratefully received.

Thank you.
