How much should a gas certificate cost?

hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows how much a gas certificate and an Energy Performance certificate should cost? We are renting our flat out and just wanted a rough idea - or if anyone can recommend anyone who could do this for me?

Blue Karri me sling for sale - unused
