Re: Is your child SchoolReady? Free pilot classes!

I'm not shooting anyone down in flames! All I'm saying is that if it is as it seems then it is unnecessary for the vast majority of children who go to some kind of nursery or playgroup to learn how to behave in a group, and learn the other behaviour at home.

Re: Is your child SchoolReady? Free pilot classes!

I feel quite strongly about this. It just seems completely unnecessary and quite a cynical way to make money by pretending there's a need for something where there simply isn't one. But then, I'm not a typical Nappy Valley resident I suppose.

Yes please to the like button! MG Midget - that's so, so true about being a worse mum! It's like when you wear lipstick and don't kiss your baby because of it!

Unbelievable.. however I do love a good online bunfight so thanks for the entertainment, but I won't be ...

Re: Is your child SchoolReady? Free pilot classes!

Any decent nursery, combined with a normal family life will teach children the skills needed for school. Plus reception teachers are very well aware of what help is needed when children start school.

Re: Washing Machine needs fixing!

I have had a terrible experience with MK repair centre as recommended above and would not recommend him at all. Without going into too much detail I had completely the opposite experience of the previous poster!
