Morning classes of the yoga drop the double impact on the human body. If we just do the yoga for 30 mins then we easily burn the 440 calories with very easy pose of the yoga.

How can it possible? I use 30 days for the workout and heavy dieting programs also exercise but can't lose the weight 21lbs. I just lose the 10 lbs weight. Tell me the way that you follow to lose the weight..

I want to convince my father because he don't permit me to attend the yoga classes. Give me some important uses of the yoga that i can explain in front of my dad to convince them.

I am fully free these days and can be your running partner just tell me your residence or the club that you like to join. I am sure we will be good partner for each others.
