Advice needed - The search for an Au pair

Hi all, Just looking for a bit of advice really. We are beginning our search for an au pair and wondered if anyone could please recommend any great agencies worth exploring? Quite nervous about the whole thing as it's an avenue we hadn't really considered until recently and not sure where to start!....

I always thought that babies under 12 months shouldn't be given eggs for potential allergy issues. I was chatting to a friend the other day who said that she gives omelettes to her 10 month old, she seemed to think it was fine so long as properly cooked so as to kill bacterias etc. What are your vie...
