Balham / DuCane Court?

Hello,

We're looking at buying a flat in DuCane Court in Balham. Any thoughts on the location and/or block? We're in Clapham Common now, and I don't really know Balham that well... thanks!

Anyone have experience with the nurses there, or done their immunisations there? Currently going to Clapham Manor, but thinking of switching... :roll:

Random question sort of on this topic - did anyone find their in-laws really annoying when your child(ren) was born, for seemingly petty reasons, but found it got easier as you got used to motherhood/your kids got older? :)
